The ARDORA is the brilliant result of intensive materials research of the highest possible standard and embodies the central element of AUDIOGRADE's corporate philosophy: The creation of a high-end loudspeaker from a resonance-free and thereby acoustically perfect cabinet. Unline musical instruments, an ideal loudspeaker's sound dispersion is inhibited by its cabinet's walls and produces no natural resonance whatsoever. AUDIOGRADE uses a seamless cabinet mold made from massive polymer concrete. The fully-ceramic loudspeaker chassis offer an optimal foundation for impeccably pure sound reproduction.

The choice of cabinet materials for the CALORA strictly follows our highest ideal for uncompromising high-end reference loudspeakers. Our secret recipe is PolyGrade™ – a perfected special material taking advantage of the optimal qualities of concrete, thus offering a critical benefit over loudspeakers made from wood. PolyGrade™ is many times denser than wood and gives the housing of the CALORA an incredible resonance- and vibration-free design – a fundamental criterion of quality for high-end loudspeakers.
