Blaupunkt TravelPilot Rome In Dash GPS Stereo Head Unit

The TravelPilot Rome from Blaupunkt is one of the first aftermarket slim sized CD head units to include a GPS. The TravelPilot Rome includes a bright 3.2 inch high resolution TFT LCD with zooming functionality for getting a closer look at tricky junctions. You can listen to MP3, WMA or standard audio CD's while navigating there’s also an FM, MW and LW tuner. The unit has 64MB of onboard memory which comes preloaded with maps of UK and Ireland. You can get directions to your destination by punching your desitnation's post code. You can then pick your route from the fastest, shortest or optimal (AKA ‘best’) options, with the latter even taking TMC traffic updates into consideration.

Currently the Blaupunkt TravelPilot Rome has an EU version only and costs approx $ 1000.
