An adaptation of the Eidos Interactive video game, which revolves around missions carried out by a deadly CIA black ops assassin code-named the Scorpion, who specializes in regime changes while battling pirates, mercenaries and rogue agents. Though the game series has three distinct entries in the series, the film will reportedly take its cues from the most recent game, Just Cause 3, with Momoa set to play the game’s protagonist Rico Rodriguez.
The Mediterranean republic of Medici is suffering under the brutal control of General Di Ravello, a dictator with an insatiable appetite for power.
