Οι Ρώσοι κυριάρχησαν πλήρως στον μουσικό πολιτισμό της κλασικής μουσικής τον 20ο αιώνα...

Περί ορέξεως.....κολοκυθόπιτα!

Αλλά, αυτά δεν είναι εθνικοί ύμνοι. Είναι εθνικο-πατριωτικά άσματα (ή εμβατήρια ή όπως αλλιώς θες να τα πεις).

Στην περίπτωση του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου δεν είναι ακριβώς "περί ορέξεως", καθώς δεν διαθέτει "επίσημο" εθνικό ύμνο (όπως δηλαδή με νόμο έχουν καθιερώσει άλλα κράτη), απλώς έχει εθιμικώς επικρατήσει το God Save the King/Queen, το οποίο συνδέεται ιδίως με περιστάσεις όπου είναι παρών ο μονάρχης.

Θυμάμαι σε μια ταινία για τους πρώτους (σύγχρονους) Ολυμπιακούς, παρουσίαζε κάποια στιγμή και πώς στην περίπτωση των ΗΠΑ δεν ήξεραν τι να βάλουν να παίξει η μπάντα ως εθνικό τους ύμνο, μόλις και είχε αρχίσει να καθιερώνεται από συνήθεια Η Αστερόεσσα Σημαία. Μέχρι την καθιέρωση με νόμο, τα δημοφιλέστερα εμβατήρια τα οποία λες συχνά επείχαν θέση εθνικού ύμνου.

Στιχουργικά ο ελληνικός ύμνος είναι άψογος, εκφράζει απόλυτα το νέο ελληνικό κράτος (κι έθνος) και μπορεί και σήμερα, διακόσια χρόνια μετά, να τραγουδιέται από ακροδεξιούς έως ακροαριστερούς. Το απόλυτο πασπαρτού.

Ο Μάντζαρος όμως δεν ήταν καθόλου ευχαριστημένος. Ο εθνικός ύμνος είναι η πρώτη του προσπάθεια να μελοποιήσει το ποιήμα του Σολωμού, έκανε κι άλλες δύο, αλλά τελικά η πρώτη ως απλούστερη έγινε δημοφιλής.

Όχι, δεν το μπερδεύω. Τυχαία μάλιστα, έκατσα και ξανάκουσα ολόκληρο το "Έθνος Ανάδελφον" λίγο πριν ποστάρω (και λίγο πριν το δικό σου ποστάρισμα, φυσικά) μπας και ήταν εκεί αυτή η ατάκα, αλλά βέβαια δεν την βρήκα.

Κάπου αλλού ακουγόταν, αλλά δεν θυμάμαι πια που ήταν.

Συμφωνω κι εγω τα μαλα για τον υμνο της ΕΣΣΔ.Ο μονος που θα μπορουσε να εχει παρει οσκαρ καλυτερης μουσικης.

Εκπληκτική εκτέλεση, τόσο από μουσικής πλευράς όσο και από πλευράς χρήσης του πολυοργάνου, που παίζει ο καλλιτέχνης.

ολοι ιδιοι μου φαινονται.. :/

Με εκνευρίζουν όλοι οι εθνικοί ύμνοι επειδή τους έχω συνδέσει με τις αθλητικές διοργανώσεις. Όταν φτάνει η στιγμή της απονομής και αρχίζουν τα όργανα ξενερώνω.
Είναι σαν τους διαλόγους σε ταινίες δράσης.
