Αφού τους έπιασα, ας πω ότι τους είχα δει live στη Ριζούπολη το 1986 εν μέσω βροχής μπεκερέλ και μιλιρέμ από το Τσερνόμπιλ. Η συναυλία της πρώτης μέρας είχε ακυρωθεί λόγω βροχής. Πήγαμε την επόμενη. Ήταν μια απερίγραπτη εμπειρία.
Και όχι μόνο: την άλλη μέρα στο σχολείο είχα την τέλεια δικαιολογία έτσι ώστε κανείς καθηγητής να μην μπορεί να με εξετάσει: είχα πάθει φαρυγγίτιδα, τραγουδώντας τα πάντα όλα μαζί με τον Biff (δυστυχώς όχι on stage ).

Τους Saxon τους είδα μια φορά όλη κι όλη, στο Rock of Gods το 1996, αντικατέστησαν τους Motorhead, εάν δεν απατώμαι. Συναυλία από τις λίγες, τρελό κέφι από όλο το συγκρότημα, ο Biff τα έδωσε όλα, δεν τους είχα ακούσει στο παρελθόν αλλά από εκείνη τη νύχτα έγινα fan!
